My Favourite Colour

My favourite colour is the deepest darkest almost black grey of thunderclouds just before a storm. My house is quite light so I have quite a few pieces of furniture painted in the super dark grey of Farrow and Balls Down Pipe. There’s a beautiful wall in Charleston Farmhouse in East Sussex that I love – it’s black but has a sort of lime wash that takes the edge off. I’d love to do that sort of wall in my next place. Its all a process or stage isn’t it. I suspect by my last house I’ll be living in neon techno madness.
