Dulux Colour Moment of the Year: It’s your choice.

On a cold day in December judges gathered for the 2015 awards in London to discuss, debate and decide the winners of various categories but not Dulux Colour Moment of the Year, this one was up to the masses to decide.

Last year I was a judge for Contribution to Colour with my nominee, artist Michael Craig Martin, won and I was very lucky to meet the man himself. This year I was honoured again, judging the Best Use of Colour in Homes & Interiors category. To find out who I voted for visit the Dulux Colour Awards along with other categories and nominees. The winners will be announced on April 27th.

This year, the third Let’s Colour Awards, peoples choice nominees’s for Colour Moment of the Year include Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red, the ceramic poppies that filled the grounds of the Tower of London, the Making Colour Exhibition at the National Gallery, Illuminating York Festival and Summer of Colour at the Turner Contemporary in Margate. Who would you vote for? Think my choice is obvious.

Past nominees for this category have been London’s New Year’s Eve fireworks, Holi One Festival, Edinburgh Military Tattoo and the one I say every year I’ll do, the Colour Run.
